Pros: No call or email from me or my husband went unanswered!

Cons: Zero cons as far as RFC goes!

Bradley Bunin, from the first phone call my husband made to him was an absolute joy to work with.  We have 5 grown children and 6 grand children, some of which are at our house most every evening.  We are very involved with our church and it is very difficult to talk to both my husband and I at the same time as like so many families, we go in different directions all the time!  Bradley went above and beyond to make sure both my husband and I had all the information we needed, at ALL times!  This meant that he had to call both of us, to say the same things over and over.  Not once did he seem upset with me for ALL the questions I had. 

All the times I said, ok, I don't understand that, he would take the time to explain every detail.  He was so patient with me and as I said in the beginning of the review, he was an absolute joy to work with!!!!

I am going to miss having conversations with him, he seems like a part of our family now!
